Historic Fort Sheridan is an ideal location for families and couples looking to move out of the city, but not wanting to give up activities on the lake, beach, biking and trails, and having access to great restaurants and nightlife.
District 112 is nestled along the Lake Michigan shoreline located in Lake County about 25 miles north of downtown Chicago. The district is fortunate to be located in vigorous communities that offer a wealth of transportation options including more than five metra stops, which allow passengers to hop on the Union Pacific to easily commute to and from Chicago.
